When can I purchase ASUS Warranty Extension?
ASUS Warranty Extension must be purchased and activated within 3 months of your ASUS product's purchase date.
How do I activate ASUS Warranty Extension?
Step 1 : Become an ASUS Member Go to ASUS Member Site and sign up to become an ASUS member. If you are already an ASUS member, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2 : Register your product Login to the ASUS Member Site and click " Product Registration " on the left side menu. Please fill in the form with the relevant details of your ASUS product. If you have already registered your product, proceed to Step 3.
Step 3 : Activate Your Extended Service Click " Warranty Extension Activation " on the left side menu and follow these instructions:
Select the registered product for which you want to get an extended warranty service.
Key in the Contract Code and Password.
Click Submit to complete the process.

Bought the additional 1 year ASUS Premium Care for my ASUS vivobook X415EA although it comes with a 1 year warranty. After purchase, the warranty card will be mail to your address and you will need to redeem the code in the card in order to activate the extended warranty. How can I track my order?
To track your order purchased through a registered account, you can view your order in your account management page by login to you account at any time. Alternatively, you can also refer to the shipment/delivery notifcation email sent to your email associated to your order for the courier and the tracking number.
How much are the delivery/shipping charges?
Nothing. You get FREE shipping on all orders with no minimum spend when you shop at the ASUS Online Store.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Genereally, all orders made before 12pm will be fulfilled between 3 to 5 business days and if you are an ASUS Member, your order will be automatically upgraded to next-busienss day, while all back-orders will be fulfilled betwen 10 - 14 days. However delivery lead times may be extended due to stock availability for back-orders and during peak periods, which we will notified you via email or SMS.
What are your delivery timings?
We use local couriers to facilitate the delivery of our orders; therefore it would usually take place between 10am-5pm, five days a week, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. We are unable to deliver at specific times (e.g. at 10am, before 6pm, after 7pm etc).
Will you contact me if there is a delay in my order?
In the event of unforeseen circumstances that lead to a delay in the fulfilment of your order, we will make every effort to contact you, keep you informed of the progress and arrange for rescheduling if needed.
Can I change make changes to delivery?
Yes you can however you are required to inform us of the changes before we shipped out your order. Your order is marked as shipped when you receive a tracking code in your shipment/delivery notification email.
Do you offer self-collection service?
Yes we do. You can select to pick up upon checkout. Once your oder is ready for collection, you will recevie a notification to collect via our email. Self-collection is only available at our ASUS Exclusive Store Bugis. Unfortunately, self-collection option is not available for purchases made through the Employee Purchase Store or Education Purchase.
What must I bring for self-collection in-store?
Just bring along a copy of your online order confirmation or shipment/delivery notification and show it to our staff during collection. You may be asked to present a photo ID (NRIC or Driver's License) for verification purposes againist your order details. If you are unable to collect your order in-store personally, please contact us first to notify us of the name of the person you have nominated to collect your order. Goods will not be given out to any individual without prior notice from the purchaser.
Can I ask a third party to collect on my behalf, ie. Grab Express / Go Send?
Unfortunately we do not allow proxy collection from any third party services.
Do you shipped internationally?
Unfortunately we do not.
How do I change my shipping/delivery address?
If you have received our order confrimation and have yet to receivie the shipment/delivery notification, please contact us for assistance as soon as possible.
My order has yet to arrive? What should I do?
Genereally, you should receive your order within 3 - 5 business days for in-stock products, or 10 - 14 days for back-orders, depending on stock availability. Should you not be able to receive your order as per the indicated delivery time frame, please contact us with your shipping address and Order ID so that we can check your delivery status with our courier.

What are your policies on returns, exchanges and refunds?
At ASUS, we strive to ensure that all our customers are satifised with their purchases. As such, we recommend you read our return and exchange policy under our Terms of Sales Agreement prior to you making a purchase from our online store, so that you are familiar with our policy on exchange or returns and your legal rights and remedies.

For 0% Interest Payment Plan, we accept payment from cards issued by UOB, DBS and HSBC banks.
Do you offer installment plan or split payments?

1. Go to the ASUS Official Website and click "Login" at the upper right corner. 2. Click Sign Up. 3. Choose the registration method from mailbox as for the member login that you prefer. (Registering by mailbox will be mandatory for shopping in store). 4. Fill your information in the required fields marked “*”. Click "I'm not a robot" and click "Sign Up". 5. Verification of your basic information completed. 6. Please access your email and click the verification link to activate your ASUS account.
Can I make an order as a guest?
Yes, you can shop as a guest, however, our membership may give you more benefits such as FREE Next-Business Day delivery when you shop here.
What should I do if I didn’t receive an order confirmation e-mail?
Please ensure that the email address on your order is correct or that the email has not been sent directly to a spam folder. You could also go into My Account (ASUS Member Account)page to check the order details.
The Back-order on our website means to place an order for a product that is temporally out of stock, which we will then get it delivered to you between 10 - 14 days.
Do you do trade-in for old ASUS products?
Unfortunately we do not do trade in.
Do you allow product customization/upgrade?
Unfortunately we do not offer product customization over at our Online Store at the moment. If you would like, you can visit our ASUS Exclusive Store Bugis, and our appointed reseller can advise you with that. Kindly note that we strongly suggest you not to perform such upgrade on your own as it may result in the voiding of the manufacturer warranty.
