To track your order purchased through a registered account, you can view your order in your account management page by login to you account at any time. Alternatively, you can also refer to the shipment/delivery notifcation email sent to your email associated to your order for the courier and the tracking number.

However delivery lead times may be extended due to stock availability for back-orders and during peak periods, which we will notified you via email or SMS.
We use local couriers to facilitate the delivery of our orders; therefore it would usually take place between 10am-5pm, five days a week, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. We are unable to deliver at specific times (e.g. at 10am, before 6pm, after 7pm etc).

Yes we do. You can select to pick up upon checkout. Once your oder is ready for collection, you will recevie a notification to collect via our email. Self-collection is only available at our ASUS Exclusive Store Bugis. Unfortunately, self-collection option is not available for purchases made through the Employee Purchase Store or Education Purchase.
Just bring along a copy of your online order confirmation or shipment/delivery notification and show it to our staff during collection. You may be asked to present a photo ID (NRIC or Driver's License) for verification purposes againist your order details. If you are unable to collect your order in-store personally, please contact us first to notify us of the name of the person you have nominated to collect your order. Goods will not be given out to any individual without prior notice from the purchaser.
