Accessing the ASUS Store
Access to the ASUS Store is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Service we provide via the ASUS Store or the Site itself without notice (see below). We will not be liable to you if for any reason the ASUS Store or the Service is temporarily unavailable at any time or for any period.
From time to time, ASUS has full discretion to restrict access to some or all parts of the ASUS Store and/or the Service.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the ASUS Store and/or our Service. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the ASUS Store through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.
Use of the ASUS Store
You may not use the ASUS Store or its contents:
for commercial purposes;
for resale purposes including the systematic extraction and/or re-utilization of any part or the contents of the ASUS Store (e.g. item listings, descriptions, prices); eshop.asus.com
to download (other than page caching) or modify the ASUS Store, or any portion of it; or
for any purpose which is unlawful deemed unacceptable by us.
Intellectual Property Rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the ASUS Store including the Service and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright, trade mark, database rights and other such intellectual property laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
Using the ASUS Store does not give you permission to link to it or to use any of the trade marks, designs, get-up and/or logos contained within it.
ASUS Store and all logos on the Site are business names and marks which are the property of ASUSTeK Computer Incorporated.
The ASUS Store changes regularly
We aim to update the ASUS Store and maintain the Services regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to the ASUS Store or the Services, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on the ASUS Store may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
The ASUS Store is provided "as is". Whilst we have taken every care in the preparation of the content of the ASUS Store we cannot guarantee that it is accurate or error-free. We will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for any technical difficulties you may experience with the ASUS Store. Except as set out in this condition 6, all conditions, warranties and representations, expressed or implied by statute, common law or otherwise, in relation to the supply, non supply or delay in supplying the Services are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
death or personal injury resulting from negligence;
fraud or deceit; or
for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.
Information about you and your visits to the ASUS Store
Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse the ASUS Store or the Service by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the ASUS Store or the Service, the server on which the ASUS Store or the Service is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the ASUS Store. You must not attack the ASUS Store or the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act (CHAPTER 50A). We may report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the ASUS Store and our Service will cease immediately.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the ASUS Store and our Service or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

Where the ASUS Store contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

This Agreement (together with the documents referred to on it tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the ASUS Products listed on our website http://sg.store.asus.com/ to you ("you" or the "Buyer") and ASUS Global Pte Ltd. ("we", "us" and "ASUS"). Please read these terms of sale carefully before ordering any Products from the ASUS Store. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms of sale.
You should print a copy of these terms of sale for future reference.
You must be over 18 years old to order any Products from the ASUS Store.
Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms of sale, you will not be able to order any Products from the ASUS Store.

Terms used in this agreement
In this agreement the following terms shall mean:
"ASUS", "we" or "us" means ASUS Global Pte Ltd, its employees, subcontractors and/or other companies which are appointed by ASUS to provide services in relation to the ASUS Store operated by ASUS;
"Goods" means physical products such as (but not limited to), Computer Hardware, Accessories, Batteries Cables, manuals, sold in the ASUS Store;
"Product" is any ASUS product consisting of either a Warranty Extension or Goods which may be purchased from the ASUS Store operated by ASUS; and
"Warranty Extension" is the promise on the side of ASUS to extend the warranty period applying to certain ASUS products by a defined period.
"Download" is a software purchased from the ASUS Store and which is delivered to your computer through electronic means.
The ASUS shop is only intended for use by customers residing in Singapore.
Not all products available online are available in stores. Online products, variants, pricing and availability may vary from stores
By ordering Products from the ASUS Store, you warrant that:
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
You are at least 18 years old; and
You are a resident in Singapore and you are ordering the Products from Singapore.
Using the ASUS Store
To use the ASUS shop services you need to register and log in to the site using an ASUS account which can be here at http://sg.store.asus.com/.
Please log into the ASUS shop and browse the shop. To order any item simply click the shopping bag icon to add the Product to your shopping bag. Once you have finished shopping, please click on the shopping bag icon in the top right hand corner of the screen. Please click on the button marked "Checkout" and follow the instructions on screen to complete your order.
How the contract is formed between you and us
The contract between us (the "Contract") will be concluded with ASUS Global Pte Ltd (15A Changi Business Park Central 1, Eightrium #05-01 Singapore 486035).
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to buy a Product from us and placing an order carries with it the obligation to make payment. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending either (a) a digital copy of the invoice to the email provided, (b) the download link and key or (c) the physical product to you.
The Contract will relate only to those Products whose order we have confirmed in the sending of the invoice. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate order confirmation.
Availability and product delivery
Although we endeavor to ensure the availability of the Products shown and listed in the ASUS Store, we cannot guarantee that all of the Products will be in stock when you place your order. If we are unable to process or execute your order, we shall contact you:
to offer you an equivalent Product(s) in terms of quality and price which you may decide to accept or reject; or
to notify you that we are unable to fulfill the order.
If you reject our offer of an alternative Product or we are unable to fulfill the order we shall have no further liability to you unless we have already taken payment for the Product(s), in which case we shall refund payments already taken from you for the relevant Product(s).
Your order will be fulfilled without undue delay and by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within 3 to 5 business days of the date of the Order Confirmation. If it is not possible to deliver the Product within the delivery period indicated, we will contact you to inform you on the delay and advise on an alternative delivery date.
Products sold in the ASUS Store are delivered to you by email (access code for extended warranty portal registration), or by courier if you have ordered Goods (for example Accessories, Computer Hardware).
Warranty Extensions are subject to specific ASUS terms and conditions relating to such Warranty Extensions. You will find these terms at the presentation of the relevant product in the ASUS shop. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing any Warranty Extension. Please note that you will only be able to rely on extended product warranty pursuant to any Warranty Extension if all applicable terms and conditions have been complied with.
The Goods will be at your risk from the day you (or anyone nominated by you) receive(s) the Goods
Price and payment
The price of any Products will be as quoted in the ASUS Store from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
These prices include GST but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due as set out in our Delivery Fee.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.
The ASUS Store contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed in the ASUS shop may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product´s correct price is higher than the price stated in the ASUS Store, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a mis-pricing.
Payment for all Products must be made prior to order processing. We are under no obligation to deliver the Products until we have received payment from you.
All display product images are for illustration purposes only. ASUS will ensure the accuracy of all information but takes no responsibility for any editorial, photographic, typographic or design error. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see matches the product colour, as the display of the colour depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using. Where there are accessories or furnishings included in the product image, they are used purely for illustration purposes and will not be included in the final sale of the product.
Review, comments, communications and other content
Visitors may post reviews, comments and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam". You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a credit card or any other matter. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.
If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant us and sub-licensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify us for all claims resulting (whether directly or indirectly) from content you supply. We have the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. We take no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
In addition, if you wish to share feedback with us about product selection, pricing, ordering, delivery or other customer service issues, please do not submit this feedback through a product review. Instead, contact us directly.
Our return and exchange policy
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Cap. 52A), we reserve the right to prove (or, if the breach appears more than 6 months after delivery, require you to disprove) that the product was of satisfactory quality and otherwise complied with the terms of purchase at the time of delivery.
To qualify for a return and exchange, the following condition(s) must be met:
product ordered by you arrives damaged,
product ordered by you is faulty and cannot be used as per the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product,
product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted, (or)
product which contain a security seal that has been broken or tampered with.
To request for a return or exchange, you must contact us through the ASUS Store http://sg.store.asus.com/ within 7 days from the date of self-collection or the receiving of your product.
For return or exchange of consumer purchase or purchase under the Employee Purchase Programme, you must bring the product back, along with the proof of purchase from ASUS Store. Product must be returned with original packaging and in good condition to the ASUS Brand Shop at 200 Victoria Street Bugis Junction, #03-02, Singapore 188021 within 7 days upon email confirmation of return or exchange approval.
For return or exchange of commercial purchase, you must bring the product back, along with the proof of purchase from ASUS Store. Product must be returned with original packaging and in good condition to the Ingram Micro Asia Ltd at 40 Changi North Crescent, Singapore 499639 within 7 days upon email confirmation and the receipt of your RMA No.
On returning the Goods, please note that free gifts, vouchers, accessories associated with the purchase must also be returned at the same time.
In the event of a refund, the price paid with respect to the relevant goods shall automatically be refunded to the credit card with which the purchase was made. If delivery has taken place, refunds will exclude the delivery charges paid.
Please note the normal processing time for return and exchange requests is 10 working days from date of request.
We regret that we are unable to provide refunds for change of mind reasons once the transaction is successful.
Request for return and exchange are at the discretion of the management.

Limitation of Liability
These terms and conditions set out the full extent of our obligations and liabilities, in respect of the supply of the Goods and performance of any services in relation thereto, and that there are no other warranties, conditions or terms that are binding on us, except as expressly stated herein. Any warranty, condition or term concerning the Goods which might otherwise be implied or incorporated in these terms and conditions by statute, common law or otherwise is hereby expressly excluded. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions (a) excludes, restricts or modifies any condition, warranty, right or liability implied into these terms and conditions (including any condition, warranty, right or liability imposed by the Unfair Contracts Terms Act (Cap. 396)) where to do so is illegal or would render any provision hereof void; or (b) shall limit or exclude any liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Subject to the foregoing, we shall not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise. Our maximum aggregate liability hereunder whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Goods paid by you to us.
Products offered in the ASUS Store are the intellectual property of ASUS.
Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using the ASUS Store, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices in the ASUS Store or the Account area. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Notices & contact information
All notices given by you to us must be given to ASUS Global Pte Ltd at 15A Changi Business Park Central 1, Eightrium #05-01 Singapore 486035 or by email to email@example.com. We may give notice to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide to us when placing an order, or in any of the ways specified in clause 14 (Written Communications) above. Notice will be deemed received and properly served immediately when posted in the ASUS Store, 24 hours after an e-mail is sent, or five days after the date of posting of any letter. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and (in the case of an e-mail) that such e-mail was sent to the specified e-mail address of the addressee. We ask that you contact us by email wherever possible.
Transfer of rights and obligations
The Contract between you and us is binding on you and us and on our respective successors and assigns.
We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the Contract.
Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (a "Force Majeure Event").
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
If we fail, at any time during the term of a Contract, to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under the Contract or any of these terms of sale, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under the Contract, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.
A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.
No waiver by us of any of these terms of sale shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing in accordance with clause 15 (Notices) above.
If any of these terms of sale or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These terms of sale and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.
We each acknowledge that, in entering into a Contract, neither of us has relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other or be implied from anything said or written in negotiations between us prior to such Contract except as expressly stated in these terms of sale.
Neither of us shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other, whether orally or in writing, prior to the date of any Contract (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the other party´s only remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these terms of sale.
Our right to vary these terms of sale
We have the right to revise and amend these terms of sale from time to time.
Any Contract will be subject to the policies and terms of sale in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms of sale is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms of sale before we send you the order confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms of sale, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products).
Law and jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of Products placed through the ASUS Store http://sg.store.asus.com/ (and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in any way relating to those Contracts or their formation) will be governed by and construed in accordance by the law of Singapore. Any dispute arising from, or related to, both we and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
The language of the Contract shall be English.
ASUS Partner Employee Purchase Store Sales Agreement
These Terms and Conditions apply to the ordering, purchase and delivery of ASUS products on https://sg.store.asus.com/ (“ASUS Online Store”). Products purchased through the ASUS Store (“Products”) are sold and distributed by Ingram Micro Asia Ltd (Company Registration No. 198302829C) (“we”, “us” or “our”). The Products on the ASUS Store are only available for purchase in Singapore. These Terms and Conditions do not cover Products not purchased from the ASUS Store or sale of products by third parties to you. You can place an order for the Products by following the instructions on the ASUS Store (“Order”). An Order Confirmation or processing of your Order does not constitute acceptance of your Order. All Orders are subject to our acceptance and no contract for the purchase of Products or Services will be formed until your Order is accepted by one of the following:
- delivering the Product to you and sending you a shipment confirmation email; or
- providing a Service to you.
For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, reference to “Service” means the performance of a task, assistance, or access to a resource (such as access to an information database) that we make available to you.
We reserve the right (at our sole discretion) to decline, reject or limit your Order, for various reasons including if:
- you do not provide a valid shipping address within Singapore;
- your payment for the Order is unsuccessful;
- the Product or Service you have ordered is not available or will not be available within thirty (30) days;
- the information you provided us is incomplete or inaccurate, or
- if there are any errors in connection with your Order or the ASUS Store.
If we decline, reject or limit your Order after you have made payment, we will notify you and refund the amount paid. If there are any errors on the ASUS Store that affects your Order or if there has been an error in the price of the Product you ordered, we reserve the right to correct the error and will endeavor to notify you of the same. In such case, you may either choose to purchase the Product at the correct price or information, or cancel your Order and we refund you the amount paid.
Prices and Offers
All prices are in Singapore dollars and unless specified otherwise, include all applicable taxes and standard delivery charges. All promotional prices are final prices and cannot be combined with other existing promotional offers. Offers, prices, specifications and availability may change or be withdrawn without notice.
We take no responsibility for any editorial, photographic or typographic errors, and may correct any errors and change or update information on the ASUS Store without prior notice. Subject to a reduction in price in accordance with the succeeding paragraph below or unless a change in price is caused by our error, any change in Product price will not affect you once we have issued you with an Order Confirmation.
The total amount specified on the checkout page is the amount payable. We accept payment by valid -issued visa and master credit cards. Your credit card will be charged at the point of purchase. We are not liable for any fees incurred by you as a result of your chosen payment method. In certain circumstances, we may require a re-authorisation for your chosen method of payment. However, you will not be charged twice if this occurs.
Shipment and Delivery
Freight charges associated with non-standard shipping are your responsibility. We will inform you of such freight charges at the time you place your Order. All deliveries require a signature therefore you are required to ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.
After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email providing you with a unique reference number. Once your Order has been shipped, you will receive an Order shipment email confirming your freight consignment number for freight tracking with our freight provider.
Delivery time depends on the delivery location and is estimated to be within 5 business days. Items in your Order may be shipped together or separately. If your Order is not delivered within thirty (30) days from payment, you are entitled to cancel your Order and we will provide you with a refund.
In the event of more than 3 delivery failures due to incomplete information provided by you or absent recipient at the scheduled delivery, delivery charges may apply.
Cancellation and Variation before Delivery
Unless otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions, Orders cannot be cancelled or amended after the Order is submitted. You are therefore advised to review your Order carefully before proceeding to checkout and payment.
If we make an error by delivering the incorrect Product and/or quantity to you, we will provide you with the correct Product and/or quantity and will arrange return or collection of the incorrect Product at no cost to you. Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange for return of the Product.
Product Damaged on Arrival
If the Product delivered to you has obvious damage on its packaging or upon opening the packaging you discover that the Product has sustained physical damage, please contact us within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery and we will provide you with a replacement Product. You will also be required to provide us with proof of purchase and any delivery documentation. We will arrange for the return or collection of the damaged Product from you at no cost to you.
The Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Singapore Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Products repaired or replaced if the Products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If a Product is faulty or if you have any problems with your Product, please contact or email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
We reserve the right to inspect the Product and verify fault. You are required to return the faulty Product to us for assessment and the Product must be returned in a reasonable condition with documentation and original accessories intact, along with proof of purchase, the original packaging materials, shipping label and packaging slip. You do not need to return the Product in the original packaging but you should ensure that the Product is properly packaged to prevent damage or water seepage. We will notify you of our assessment within a reasonable period of time. If a Product is found to be faulty, you are entitled to have the Product repaired, replaced or a refund in accordance to your rights under law. All refunds will be made via the payment method used for the original transaction.
If we reasonably determine after inspection that the Product is not faulty, or if the fault is caused by you, or is a fault that is not covered under the Product warranty, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, replacement or repair and to charge you the cost of collecting the Product from and returning it to you plus any costs of inspecting the Product. Our return policy excludes ASUS Services, third party goods or services and pre-installed software Products.
This section does not affect your statutory rights under the Singapore consumer protection Law and your rights set out in these Terms and Conditions are in addition to any statutory right you may have under the Singapore consumer protection Law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any statutory rights available to you under Singapore law) which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by contract. These Terms and Conditions must in all cases be subject to those statutory provisions.
In addition to the statutory rights referred to above, ASUS hardware Products are expressly warranted under the ASUS Limited Warranty accompanying each ASUS hardware Product. Additional warranties for Products may be provided by ASUS where expressly specified.

Without limiting the foregoing, and to the extent permitted by law, all express and implied representations, conditions, warranties, guarantees or other provisions that are not contained in these Terms and Conditions (whether based in legislation, the common law or otherwise) are excluded, including any representations, conditions, warranties or guarantees as to acceptable quality, fitness for purpose or timeliness.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (INCLUDING OUR RELATED BODIES CORPORATE, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) EXCLUDE ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE ASUS STORE, ANY ERROR OR MISTAKE OCCURRING ON THE ASUS STORE, ANY INTERRUPTION OF USE, ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, MALWARE, TROJAN HORSE VIRUS OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE OR COMMUNICATIONS WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE ASUS STORE OR ANY LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES FROM THE ASUS STORE.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT, OR OTHERWISE WILL WE (INCLUDING OUR RELATED BODIES CORPORATE, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES THAT A THIRD PARTY SUFFERS, ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES WHICH ARE NOT A FORESEEABLE CONSEQUENCE OF OUR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO DATA, ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR FOR ANY ECONOMIC CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, ANY LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS, REVENUE, GOODWILL OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS. THIS LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION WILL APPLY EVEN IF WE WERE INFORMED OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.
Title and Risk of Loss
When you purchase hardware Products, title is transferred to you on delivery. You undertake to pass us title to any returned hardware Products free from all encumbrances. For each hardware Product, the risk of loss or damage will pass to you on delivery of the Product.
Ingram Micro and its related companies will process, store and use personal information collected from you or on your behalf from your transaction on the ASUS Store. Ingram Micro may disclose or share your personal information with the Product manufacturer, the Product manufacturer’s customer support centre which may be located outside Singapore, an authorized repairer or third party service providers whom we work with in the course of our business including customer support, delivery, security, financial and legal advisory, banking, payment processing, web-cart hosting and support, credit reporting, fraud checks, data storage, information processing, order tracking, marketing, product reviews, responding to customer queries and complaints, technology services or law enforcement agency for compliance purposes or to assist with investigations.
You warrant that any purchase made by you from the ASUS Store is not for the purpose of commercial resale.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by you for any delay in fulfilling or failure to fulfill your Order caused by any circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to amend, vary and/or replace these Terms and Conditions from time to time at our sole discretion.
Any provision of these Terms and Conditions which is held to be illegal, void or unenforceable shall be deemed to be severed and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions read in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed under the laws of Singapore and you submit to the Singapore courts having jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
